There seems to be a lot of talk about leaking oil storage tanks these days. This has caused many homeowners to be concerned about their own tanks. They have heard stories about how expensive it can be to remove the oil from their property and the extra financial burden it can place on families.

We at Woolley Fuel Company are concerned for our customers also. A storage tank leak is an unusual event, but it can happen to underground tanks, outside aboveground tanks and basement tanks. This is why we are offering our customers Proguard

Our Proguard plan will provide:

• $100,000 for costs to clean up the heating oil from your property if it should escape from your tank.

•  $1,400 to repair or replace your tank and piping if it has leaked. $2000.00 for an UST

• You are responsible for the first $1000 of clean up and tank replacement costs.

What Happens After I Apply?

After you apply for the Proguard, you must arrange for a tank test. If you have had a  tank test within the last two years, we will begin our service immediately after receiving your completed application and test results, full payment and approve the tank.  It’s that easy!

 A one year service plan for tank capacities 2,000 gallons and under is $295 for each underground storage tank, $65 for single wall aboveground storage tanks, and $39.95 for double wall aboveground storage tanks.

The Service Rider is enclosed with this brochure. It tells you exactly how Proguard works. Read it over very carefully and call Woolley Fuel with any questions that you may have. Our representatives will be standing by to answer your questions or assist you in other ways.

What happens if I think my tank is leaking?

Call Woolley Fuel Company anytime night or day, seven days a week. We will dispatch a service man to inspect the tank. If your tank is leaking Woolley Fuel Company will immediately have experienced, licensed and professional contractors on site to completely manage the oil clean up. While the clean up is taking place, Woolley Fuel Company will install a temporary tank to keep your home as warm as always.
