Central Air System... Give Your Air Conditioning System a Pre-season Check-up! A PRE-SEASON CHECK OF YOUR AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM prior to the summer months can be a real money saver. During your central air check-up, we will:
- Inspect all cooling related equipment
- Inspect all refrigerant, temperature and pressure controls
- Wash condenser cell (access to hose bib required)
- Check air filters. if necessary, replace (standard size - if known in advance)\
- Check and adjust fan belt (if necessary)
- Lube blower bearing and motor
- Check condensate pump
- Check condensate drain pipe where possible
- Take and record temperature readings
- Lube condenser fan motor
- Take and record voltage and amperage
- Check thermostat operation
- Take and record freon pressure readings
- Includes half pound charge of freon if necessary
